Duro-loc mats use a heavy vinyl edging that is lock-stitched into place. Then, using an all-weather premium adhesive, the bond is reinforced between mat and edging. With this process, Duro-loc offers the maximum bond available today. All mitered corners are chemically bonded, then secured using the same premium adhesives. In addition, a vinyl support patch is added to enhance the already impressive bond. The inlay is produced using heavy denier polypropylene fibers that are UV stabilized and attached utilizing the same support technique as used with the mitered edges. All carpet in the mat is 100% solution-dyed, making this product stain resistant, easy to clean, and extremely durable.
